On the Xenotes Tour, you will visit four types of cenotes, located on the Ruta de los Cenotes, between Cancun and Puerto Morelos. Each one has its own personality, so you will be surrounded by a different landscape while doing completely safe and fun activities such as rappelling, zip lines, kayaking and swimming.
K'ÁAK' XENOTE FUEGO: It is an open cenote with vertical walls, covered by exuberant plants characteristic of the region. Being in direct contact with sunlight, you can appreciate its beautiful emerald green color and interact with the nature of the place.
LU'UM XENOTE TIERRA: This hidden treasure inside a cave is a cavern cenote that you cannot stop admiring. It is formed by a large vault of stalactites, and only a small opening through which the sunlight filters, which when reflected in the water, reveals its beautiful turquoise blue color.
HA' XENOTE AGUA: Get to know the semi-open cenote that is distinguished by its beautiful underwater flora and its rock formations. Here you will feel a very special energy in its landscape full of contrasts, between the green of the jungle and the tones of the water.
IIK' XENOTE AIRE: Be amazed by the movie landscape of the old cenote, due to its cylindrical shape and the vast vegetation that surrounds it. Here you can feel the warmth of the sun, the freshness of the water and the tranquility of the jungle.

Assisted rappel: Enter a cavern cenote, from 25 meters high.
Zip lines: Venture to fall from the heights towards the refreshing waters of the cenotes in three zip line circuits.
Kayak: Take control of a kayak that will take you through a semi-open cenote between stone walls and hanging gardens.
Exploration swim: Observe the interior of a cenote and all the underwater magic that lies in its depths.
Exclusivity: Let yourself be led to an experience with a certified guide, photographer, transportation, food and drinks included.

- Equipment: life jacket, rappelling equipment, kayak and tire.

Recommendations
- Bring water shoes, bathing suit, and a change of clothes.
- Avoid the use of makeup, perfumes or repellents with chemicals that can affect the ecosystem of the cenotes, you must take a shower before entering the first cenote.
- Avoid leaving the marked or pre-established paths to prevent any incident with the fauna or flora of the place.
- If you see an animal, avoid touching, approaching or feeding it; they are in their natural habitat.
- Bring a credit card or cash to purchase the photographs of the tour.
- Remember to bring the printed proof of purchase of your admission to the Park.
Important
- For the zip line activity, a minimum height of 1.40 m and a minimum weight of 40 kg are required.
- The use of a life jacket is mandatory during all water activities.
- This tour is not recommended for people with heart, lung, spine, asthma, diabetes, or hypertension problems, nor for pregnant women or those suspected of being pregnant.
- The average temperature of the cenotes is 24° to 26°C throughout the year.
- Take into account that the cenotes are located in the middle of the jungle, so some roads to reach them are not paved.
