Description
Las Grutas de García are one of the most visited tourist attractions in Nuevo León, located in the municipality of García.
On this tour you will admire the different formations of stalactites and stalagmites in a journey of more than 45 minutes inside, you will also go up to more than 200 meters in the cable car.
Inside, you will find some impressive balconies where you can observe the formations that take millions of years and some of them are still growing. Some of the most famous formations are named: El Mirador de la Mano, Salón del Aire, La Octava Maravilla, El Nacimiento, La Fuente Congelada, La Torre China, El Teatro and El Arbol de Navidad among others.
Finishing the tour of the caves, we will take the opportunity to learn a little more about Garcia Nuevo León, we will move to its historic center where you will have options to eat some typical dish and enjoy the northeastern architecture that characterizes this municipality so much, to later continue our journey to return to Monterrey.
