The habitat is located on this privileged island, just 20 minutes by boat from the Cancun Hotel Zone. Imagine yourself in this incredible tropical paradise surrounded by turquoise waters, enjoying the sun and a beach club, you will love it!
The Dolphin Swim Adventure Program will allow you to get closer to the dolphins than you ever imagined. You will get to know the world of these adorable marine mammals in order to create a bond between you and them. When you are in the water, they will come up to welcome you with a kiss and take you for a ride on their tummy with the famous belly ride. In addition, they will show you their skills with the also famous boogie push, when they push you from your feet to walk on the surface of the water while you hold on to a floating board.
After this magnificent experience, you will have at your disposal our beach club, you will be able to enjoy a delicious buffet with national open bar and you will relax in the tranquility of Isla Mujeres. You can also decide whether to stay within our facilities or go out and explore the Island. Do not wait anymore, now is the time to make it happen!

Important
- You will have to pay for the dock tax at the time of your check-in just before boarding.
- The use of life jackets is mandatory in all aquatic programs.
- Children with a height of 1.21 m and up to 1.40 m, may participate alone in the Encounter program. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, you must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Children with a height of 1 m and up to 1.20 m may participate in the Encounter program accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket. To participate in the Swim Adventure and Royal Swim programs, you must be accompanied by two paying adults.
- Children less than 1m tall will be considered infants and will participate in Encounter program activities regardless of the program they participate in (vest fit required)
- For safety, women who are 5 months pregnant or less can only participate in the Dolphin Encounter program accompanied by another adult and after having signed the responsibility form. Women more than 5 months pregnant are not allowed to participate in any of the water activities.
- The use of cameras in the water is not allowed. Professional photographs will be available for purchase.
