History, nature and coffee in one tour!

On this tour, you will get to know the Museum of Anthropology and History, where a certified guide will explain about the cultures that inhabited the state. Then,, we will go to Coatepec to visit the Coffee Museum, where we will enjoy the coffee making process. Finally, we will visit the center of Xico, one of the magical towns of Veracruz, where we can eat and enjoy Xico's gastronomy.

Itinerary

8:00 a.m. Pick up at your Hotel. On the way to Xalapa, we will admire panoramic views of wonderful natural landscapes, while enjoying a comfortable unit with reclining seats and air conditioning.

11:00 am Visit and tour of the Museum of Anthropology. We will enter the Museum of Anthropology of Xalapa, where we will observe the modern architecture of the museum that is characterized by its gardens of subtropical vegetation, natural light that bathes the spacious exhibition rooms and corridors, that slowly lead us to discover the pre-Hispanic cultures of the current state of Veracruz. In the southern area, the first two rooms correspond to the Olmec culture. Subsequently, three rooms are dedicated to the culture of the center, divided by cultural complexes. At the end are pieces of the Huasteca culture.

1:00 pm Visit and tour of the Coffee Museum in Coatepec, where we will enjoy the process of making coffee.

2:40 pm Tour in the center of Xico and time to eat.

5:00 pm Visit to the Texolo Waterfall, a beautiful waterfall deep in the Xico forest. In this place you will have time to enjoy the landscape and to be able to take pictures.

6:00 pm Return to Veracruz. Your tour concludes with the return to your hotel.
