Description
Puerto Aventuras is a strategically planned tourism development respecting the environment located in the beautiful Mexican Caribbean, 20 minutes north of Playa del Carmen and just 20 minutes south of the famous Tulum ruins, whith all the attractions and amenities of a small villa in the middle of the jungle of the beautiful and exuberant Riviera Maya.
The Dolphin Swim facility sits in the center of this complex and is built on a tropical island with a lagoon: home to our beautiful dolphins and the ideal location to have your dream: swim with dolphins.
The participants of the swim with dolphins programs and their companions can stay at the Puerto Aventuras facilities, or go out to explore the marina, shop or carry out many other activities inside and outside the facilities. Around the marina there are boutiques, cafes, gourmet bakeries, restaurants and craft shops.
The Royal Swim program is best defined by the words “action” and “speed”. It is the most dynamic of all the swim with dolphins programs. In this program, in addition to living the experience of your life with the dolphins, you will also share an unforgettable moment with the manatees and sea lions in a 30-minute interaction with each one.
You will do fun activities with the dolphins, you will be able to wave and kiss them, they will take you for a speed ride through the water during the Dorsal Tow and afterwards, the dolphins will propel you from the soles of your feet to push you on the surface from the water at the famous Foot Push. You will learn all about marine mammals during your interaction.

Important
- For security reasons, the use of cameras in the water is not allowed, professional photographs will be available for sale.
- Children taller than 1.40 m may participate alone in any program by paying the adult rate.
- Children with a height of 1.21 m and up to 1.40 m, may participate alone in the Encounter program. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, you must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Children with a height of 1 m and up to 1.20 m may participate in the Encounter program accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket. To participate in the Swim Adventure and Royal Swim programs, you must be accompanied by two paying adults.
- Children less than 1m tall will be considered infants and will participate in Encounter program activities regardless of the program they participate in (vest adjustment required).
- The use of life jackets is mandatory in all water programs.
- Children must be over 1m tall to participate in the manatee program.
- For safety reasons, women with a pregnancy of 5 months or more are not allowed to participate in any of our water activities. Only women with a pregnancy of less than 5 months can participate in the Encuentro program only if they are accompanied by another adult and once they have signed the responsibility form.
- It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program, remember that before your swim with dolphins you will receive an orientation.
