The Dolphin Encounter program will definitely bring you fun as soon as you see these fantastic animals. You will be able to caress and touch them in the water; However, the exciting part of this program is the chance to hug and kiss our adorable dolphins. You do not have to worry if you are not a good swimmer since you will be on a submerged platform all the time.

Recommendations

Important
- The use of life jackets is mandatory in all aquatic programs.
- Children taller than 1.40 m may participate alone in any program by paying the adult rate.
- Children with a height of 1.21 m and up to 1.40 m, may participate alone in the Encounter program.
- Children with a height of 1 m and up to 1.20 m may participate in the Encounter program accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket.
- Children less than 1m tall will be considered infants and will participate in Encounter program activities regardless of the program they participate in (vest adjustment required).
- For security reasons, the use of cameras in the water is not allowed, professional photographs will be available for sale.
- For safety, women who are 5 months pregnant or less can only participate in the Dolphin Encounter program accompanied by another adult and after having signed the responsibility form. Women more than 5 months pregnant are not allowed to participate in any of the water activities.
- Remember to arrive 30 minutes before your program as you will receive a prior orientation.
