The Encounter Program is the best swimming with dolphins program for children, since it is the ideal activity to introduce them to nature and respect for marine animals.
Within the program to swim with dolphins, everyone receives a kiss, and a handshake from a dolphin and can enjoy swimming with dolphins while they teach them how to sing and dance in the water. Everyone learns about their diet, their behavior and many important facts about the dolphins. This program offers the best opportunity to meet and interact with the intelligent and docile dolphins.

Important
- For security reasons, the use of cameras in the water is not allowed, professional photographs will be available for sale.
- Children taller than 1.40 m may participate alone in any program by paying the adult rate.
- Children with a height of 1.21 m and up to 1.40 m, may participate alone in the Encounter program. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, you must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Children with a height of 1 m and up to 1.20 m may participate in the Encounter program accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket. To participate in the Swim Adventure and Royal Swim programs, you must be accompanied by two paying adults.
- Children less than 1m tall will be considered infants and will participate in Encounter program activities regardless of the program they participate in (vest adjustment required).
- The use of life jackets is mandatory in all water programs.
- Children must be over 1m tall to participate in the manatee program.
- For safety reasons, women with a pregnancy of 5 months or more are not allowed to participate in any of our water activities. Only women with a pregnancy of less than 5 months can participate in the Encuentro program only if they are accompanied by another adult and once they have signed the responsibility form.
- It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program, remember that before your swim with dolphins you will receive an orientation.
