Description
This swim with dolphins program is designed with safe activities so that the whole family can enjoy their first encounter with these adorable mammals and learn while having fun.
During the Dolphin Encounter, you will be in the water on a platform that allows the upper half of your body to be out of the water, without the need to swim or float. A dolphin will swim up so you can pet, wave, and even kiss it!
Together you will be able to swim in a safe place considered a true home for our dolphins. They will always welcome you to their habitat, which is distinguished by the natural setting of the Caribbean Sea, and they will give you unlimited affection. Do not wait any longer and experience it by yourself!

- Dock tax: 20 USD (foreigners), $350.00 M.N. (nationals). Children from 6 to 12 years old must pay 15 USD or 250 M.N.

Recommendations
- Comfortable clothes and shoes. Water shoes (optional).
- Sunglasses and hat or cap.

- Extra change of clothes and towel.
- Biodegradable sun block.
Important
- You will have to pay for the dock tax at the time of your check-in just before boarding.
- The use of life jackets is mandatory in all aquatic programs.
- Children with a height of 1.21 m and up to 1.40 m, may participate alone in the Encounter program. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, you must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Children with a height of 1 m and up to 1.20 m may participate in the Encounter program accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket. To participate in the Swim Adventure and Royal Swim programs, you must be accompanied by two paying adults.
- Children less than 1m tall will be considered infants and will participate in Encounter program activities regardless of the program they participate in (vest fit required)
- For safety, women who are 5 months pregnant or less can only participate in the Dolphin Encounter program accompanied by another adult and after having signed the responsibility form. Women more than 5 months pregnant are not allowed to participate in any of the water activities.
- The use of cameras in the water is not allowed. Professional photographs will be available for purchase.
