Have fun with your family, sail in the Mexican Caribbean aboard a spectacular Catamaran through the crystalline turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea to Isla Mujeres, an island recognized worldwide for its picturesque streets and white sand beaches, to spend a day full of fun and adventure.
In this program to swim with dolphins, your children will be able to enjoy safe activities and fun learning, since you can enjoy it from a platform where the water will cover only the lower half of your body without the need to swim or float. Your new friend the dolphin will swim up to you, give you unlimited affection, greet you, pet yoou and swim in a safe place considered a true home for our dolphins. They will always welcome you to their habitat, which is distinguished by the natural setting of the Caribbean Sea, and they will give you unlimited affection.

Recommendations
- Do not forget to use biodegradable sunscreen, to take care of your skin, the environment and marine species.
- For safety, women who are 5 months pregnant or less can only participate in the Dolphin Encounter program accompanied by another adult and after having signed the responsibility form.
- Women more than 5 months pregnant are not allowed to participate in any of the water activities
- Remember to arrive 30 minutes before your program as you will receive a prior orientation.
- We recommend you bring towels, as well as cash for taxis, shopping, meals and other expenses.
Important
- You will have to pay for the dock use at the time of your check-in just before boarding.
- The use of life jackets is mandatory in all aquatic programs.
- Children with a height of 1.21 m and up to 1.40 m, may participate alone in the Encounter program.
- Children with a height of 1 m and up to 1.20 m may participate in the Encounter program accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket.
- The use of cameras in the water is not allowed. Professional photographs will be available for purchase.
